Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent operational issues and support implementation of strategies and plans
Conduct process assessments against standards, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
Adapt effectively to changes in work tasks, structures, and culture while encouraging innovative problem-solving and facilitating change acceptance
Plan and organize work by involving stakeholders, anticipating critical events, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion
Apply knowledge of an array of manufacturing and assembly processes, shop safety (including FOD, ESD), and quality standards to support operations
Collaborate with various Operations and non-Operations departments to understand interdependencies and drive effective outcomes
Develop solutions for moderately complex problems by applying established policies, procedures, and best practices
Represent the organization in interactions with internal teams and external customers on specific projects
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
1+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data
1+ years of experience implementing Lean methodologies and productivity improvements
Proficient Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Able to work overtime, holidays, and weekends, if required
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ year of leadership experience
1+ year of flight line operations experience
1+ years of experience working with Shipside Action Tracker (SAT)
