The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Shipside Operations Specialists (Level 3 or Level 4) to join the 777 Line Side Control Center (LSCC) Team in Everett, WA. This position is for 1st or 2nd shift.
As a Shipside Operations Specialist, you will collaborate cross-functionally to identify, investigate, and develop countermeasures to drive improvement projects in production.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced or Senior Shipside Operations Specialists.
Position Responsibilities:
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for improvements and comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Support teammates and managers in implementation of strategies and plans
Supports and facilitates complex and high visibility process improvement efforts
Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results
Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
Works under general direction
Manage Recognitions such as service anniversaries, monthly/quarterly recognition nominations, and Instant Recognition Program
Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
Establishes, maintains, and tracks metrics. Creates and provides status reports
Maintains and tracks training requirements
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidates will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
3+ years of experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
3+ years of experience in Data Analysis
3+ years of experience in a role that requires effective communication to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 4: 5+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model
3+ years of experience working in a production environment
Basic understanding of the One Boeing Production System (BPS) standards
Experience and proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and templates
Shift:
This position is for 1st or 2nd shift and will be determined at the time of offer.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Experienced (Level 3): $83,300 - $112,700
Summary Pay Range for Senior level (Level 4): $102,000 - $138,000
