Position Responsibilities:
Assists with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operations
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Provides limited feedback on assessment results
Supports the teammates in implementation of strategies and plans
Works under general supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years’ experience in a Manufacturing or Operations environment
1+ years’ experience collecting and interpreting data
Experience working with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint
Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation. The selected candidate must be able to work any shift based on seniority and work assignment. This site runs 3 shifts:
A shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
B shift: Monday-Thursday 4:30pm - 3:00am
C shift: Friday-Sunday 6:00am - 6:30pm
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci)
Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military
Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
Experience using Shipside Action Tracker (SAT)
Experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements
An Active U.S Secret Security Clearance

This position is for A Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm

Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): USD $68,850 – $93,150
Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3): USD $81,600 – $110,400
