What will you do?
You will oversee the shipping department, ensuring that all shipping operations are executed efficiently and accurately. This includes managing schedules, supervising staff, and coordinating with other departments to maintain service standards while adhering to company policies and procedures.
How will you do it?
Supervise and train staff on shipping procedures and service standards.
Monitor shipping quality and customer satisfaction, addressing any issues as they arise.
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring the availability of necessary items for shipping.
Coordinate staff schedules to optimize shipping delivery and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
Assist in developing and implementing shipping improvements and process optimizations.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field.
+3 years of experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and shipping software.
Advanced English proficiency is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of shipping regulations and safety standards.
Experience with shipping management systems.
