Prepare and process finished goods to customer per SOP’s
Prepare shipping labels, documents, packing lists and customer paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Assist with receiving incoming shipments, inspecting damages, and documentation
Work with logistics providers to scheduled pickups, deliveries, ensuring timely delivery of product
Utilize company ERP system to enter and retrieve shipping information
Keep the warehouse clean and organized
Order boxes and shipping supplies as needed
Assist Warehouse Manager as needed
Assist with Inventory Control tasks, including restocking shelves and conducting cycle counts
Quality – inspect outgoing shipments to ensure product meets quality standards and package correctly to prevent damage in transit
Operate forklift and reach truck
Other responsibilities as assigned
High School education or equivalent
1+ years’ experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse and/or inventory control experience preferred
Data entry experience and/or computer skills preferred
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (SAP preferred) and basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
