Job Functions:
- Process inbound and outbound shipments using multiple approved shipping methods, including standard, express, and high‑value secure carriers, in accordance with company policies and security requirements.
- Receive shipments with thorough and accurate recordkeeping to ensure proper inventory and chain‑of‑custody controls.
- Package merchandise securely to meet shipping, insurance, and compliance standards.
- Distribute received merchandise to appropriate internal teams or destinations.
- Track shipments across various shipping platforms and proactively monitor delivery status.
- Communicate via email with vendors and store teams to support shipping‑related inquiries and issue resolution.
- Maintain organized shipping supplies and backstock inventory.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in all shipping activities.
Requirements:
- Must have a strong attention to detail
- Must be a self-motivator
- Must have the ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to work in Charlotte, NC office
