Position Overview:
The Shipper/Material Handler is responsible for executing daily shipping and material handling activities including the shipment of finished goods, raw materials, and supplies. This role performs SAP transactions, maintains work area cleanliness, and supports warehouse workflow under direct supervision. Work is performed in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment (21 CFR/ISO 13485).
Responsibilities: Perform all shipping-related SAP transactions with accuracy.
Coordinate shipments of finished goods, empty trays, raw material, and RMAs with assigned carriers.
Operate forklifts, manual pallet jacks, and powered pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Complete all QMS-required training prior to performing tasks.
Maintain the warehouse in clean, organized, and compliant condition.
Follow all safety procedures, report hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma, GED and/or equivalent combination of education or experience
1 year of experience with working knowledge of a warehouse environment.
Requirements:
Ability to pass company forklift and pallet jack certification.
Proficiency in English language to be able to read documentation, communicate, and write.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
Basic Computer Skills and Experience with SAP Software or ability to learn SAP software Materials Management module.
Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks..
Self-starter capable of dealing with a variety of tasks in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
Physical Requirements (if applicable):
Must be able to lift and transfer loads up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to safely operate power equipment and manual pallet jacks.
You must be able to stand and bend up to 8 hours a day.
Required to lift above shoulder frequently and below waist occasionally.
· Familiarity with ergonomic lifting techniques.

Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $18.86 - $28.29 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
