You will lead and support a production shift in our Singapore manufacturing site. You will supervise a team to deliver safe, compliant and efficient operations. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Lead and coordinate the execution of shift production activities to meet safety, quality and output targets.
Supervise, coach and develop a team of operators. Hold regular performance and development conversations.
Respond to process incidents and lead first-line troubleshooting and containment. Escalate issues when needed.
Ensure compliance with site procedures, quality standards and safe work permits. Support audit and inspection readiness.
Plan and allocate resources with other departments to meet shift handover, maintenance and turnaround needs.
Maintain accurate shift documentation, batch records and system transactions.
Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
Diploma or equivalent in engineering, applied science or related field, or relevant vocational qualifications.
At least 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant as manufacturing technicians or graduates with min 4 years of relevant work experience
Experience working in a regulated manufacturing setting with strong knowledge of good manufacturing practices.
Practical skills in troubleshooting process or equipment issues on the shop floor.
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to lead shift handovers and report incidents clearly.
Willingness to work on-site on shift patterns, including nights and weekends as required.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or chemical manufacturing.
Knowledge of SAP systems and electronic batch records.
Experience in incident investigation, corrective action and root cause analysis.
Coaching or people management training and experience in developing talent.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methods such as Lean or similar tools.
Basic understanding of environmental, health and safety practices and permits.
