Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced Shift Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our data centre facility management team. This role ensures operational excellence, compliance, and reliability of critical infrastructure systems, leading a team of technicians during assigned shifts.

About the Job:

  • Provides hands-on technical support and supervise the technician team to ensure operational continuity
  • Lead shift team in preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Supports troubleshooting and system diagnostics
  • Guides and mentor’s technicians
  • Lead handover process between shifts

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
  • 7 years in data centre or mission-critical operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems and BMS/DCIM platforms.
  • Leadership skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.  
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts (including nights/weekends).
