What You'll Be Doing
- Perform comprehensive electrical maintenance and advanced troubleshooting on complex plant equipment.
- Inspect, test, and repair electrical systems and infrastructure to ensure maximum safety and operational efficiency.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime and restore operations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to support and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain precise records of work performed, system modifications, and parts inventory.
What Are We Looking For
- Must possess a valid Red Seal Electrician certificate.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, and medium‑voltage safety standards, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues.
- Skilled in interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Consistent commitment to safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and arc flash procedures.
- Effective communicator and team collaborator; experience in cement or heavy industrial manufacturing is an asset.

Work Environment
- This role operates primarily in heavy industrial environments.
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
