How you will make contributions that matter

Saputo Dairy Australia is seeking an experienced Shift Coordinator to lead operations at our Burnie site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Australia’s leading dairy manufacturers and play a key role in delivering quality products that make a difference.

• Lead and supervise factory operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and environmental performance targets.
• Manage a team within the soft-ripened cheese section, ensuring tasks are completed correctly the first time.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, reduce downtime, and support autonomous maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP, and environmental standards.
• Use SAP and other systems for accurate reporting and inventory management.

About you 

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing (dairy or FMCG preferred).
• Strong people management skills with the ability to coach and influence.
• Safety and quality-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with SAP.
• Ability to work a shift pattern of night afternoon and day.
