The Position
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive intern to join our SHE (Safety, Security, Health & Environment) team. This role will support various SHE-related tasks (including email handling, badge photo creation process, access card management, administrative support related to occupational health examination and internal communications). The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, great problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
The Opportunity
Access Management:
- Manage the badge photo creation process for new hires
- Handle access card management (creation, deletion and full review of the current database).
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support related to occupational health examinations.
- Handle professional email communication and general administrative tasks.
- Prepare detailed meeting minutes.
- Oversee inventory tasks and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Participating in regular office safety checks and inspections
Communication & Reporting:
- Support presentation preparation, focusing on key SHE metrics.
- Prepare internal communications for the SHE team, including newsletters, email and chat updates.
Documentation:
- Assist with SHE related policy and procedure updates.
- Assist with various SHE related document creation, updates (eg. protocols, risk assessments).
- Assist with business continuity documentation updates.
Events & Projects:
- Support smaller projects, events, and trainings (e.g., Live Well Weeks, First Aid, Safe Driving Training, Blood Donation event).
- Assist with managing venue checks and logistics for offsite events.
- Support sustainability and Green initiatives.
Who you are
- Ongoing university studies in a relevant field at a Hungarian University (e.g., Occupational Safety, Security, Environmental management, Compliance etc.).
- Available for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- MS Office and Google Workspace knowledge is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to take on various tasks and be involved in different projects.
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian
