Significance is seeking a SharePoint Administrator/Analyst to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with internal business owners to organize, standardize, provision, and enhance their SharePoint environments in alignment with best practices.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with both the technical and functional aspects of SharePoint—able to troubleshoot issues, automate processes, and improve site usability through effective collaboration and governance.

The candidate must be able to:
·        Address SharePoint requests for new sites, site enhancements, issue resolution, documentation, automation, training, and reporting
·        Create, document, test, and troubleshoot robust no-code, low-code SharePoint solutions
·        Work within but also improve existing SharePoint governance structure and technical models
·        Assume co-ownership and oversight of internal SharePoint processes, practices, and infrastructure
·        Work independently as well as collaborate with business owners and other technical resources to meet deadlines and expectations
