Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint / Power Platform Specialist to support modernization, enhancement, and ongoing operations of enterprise collaboration solutions. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with SharePoint on‑premises, strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and the broader Power Platform, and is comfortable working in a structured environment supporting federal or public‑sector clients.

This role will contribute to system upgrades, workflow automation, application development, and integration efforts across multiple business units.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions on SharePoint on‑premises (2016/2019).
  • Build custom applications, forms, and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Power Platform tools.
  • Support migration, upgrade, and modernization initiatives, including SharePoint restructuring and content transformation.
  • Develop and maintain site collections, libraries, lists, permissions, and governance structures.
  • Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with external systems and data sources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint performance, configuration, and customizations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Prepare documentation, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Support security, compliance, and Public Trust requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SharePoint on‑premises (administration, development, or both).
  • Proficiency with Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven) and Power Automate or proven ability to learn.
  • Experience building custom SharePoint components (web parts, workflows, forms, scripts).
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, site structures, permissions, and governance.
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath (legacy support), or equivalent tools.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and/or PowerShell for SharePoint customization.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Experience with SharePoint Online and hybrid environments.
  • Knowledge of Dataverse, Power BI, or other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience supporting federal or public‑sector clients.
  • Background in workflow modernization or low‑code/no‑code solution design.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
