The Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQACC) Directorate of Strategic Plans, Programs Requirements and Assessments (A5/8/9) provides dominant combat airpower for the Joint Force. Defines, advocates, and directs development, procurement, fielding, modernization, and sustainment of combat airpower while advancing strategy for Command and Control (C2), Global Integrated Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance (GIISR), Air Superiority (AS), Global Precision Attack (GPA), and Personnel Recovery (PR) functional areas. Leads ACC planning, programming, requirements, science & technology, test, analyses, and integration efforts to deliver capability and capacity-based solutions for current and future war fighting gaps and challenges.

Job Responsibilities: 

This position will serve as the Directorate SharePoint Administrator with the responsibility for managing and maintaining the SharePoint environment within an organization, ensuring it runs smoothly, securely, and aligns with business goals. The SharePoint Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring that the SharePoint platform operates effectively, supporting the organization's collaboration and content management needs.
•Site Management: SharePoint Administrators create, configure, and manage SharePoint sites tailored to user needs. They ensure that sites are organized and accessible, facilitating effective collaboration.   Manages the architecture, design, development and administration of the organization’s Sharepoint platform and other collaboration tools.
•User Management: They manage user permissions, ensuring that the right individuals have appropriate access to resources. This includes creating and managing user groups and permissions. 
•Content Management: Administrators oversee libraries and lists, ensuring that workflows are in place to streamline content management and that data is organized and maintained properly.  Optimizes knowledge processes using continuous process improvement techniques to identify, modify workflows and standardize best practices.
•Security Management: They implement security measures, manage user access control, and monitor for potential security threats to protect sensitive information stored in SharePoint. 
•Technical Support: SharePoint Administrators provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues that arise and ensuring that the platform meets the organization's needs. 
•Performance Monitoring: They monitor system performance, making necessary adjustments and updates to keep the SharePoint environment running efficiently. 

Job Requirements: 
•The SharePoint Administrator should have a background in information technology, with experience in administering SharePoint environments. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, PowerShell, and related technologies is also beneficial. 
•Demonstrated experience managing and administering an organizational or HHQ level content and collaboration platform with specific and advanced expertise in Microsoft Sharepoint.  This includes site collection architecture, permissions governance, custom list/library creation and workflow development.
•Proven experience applying formal project management methodologies to lead complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion, including defining scope, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders.
•IAT LVII Certification.  Typically, CompTIA Security + certification - required (valid certification on day one of employment).
•1 Year network administration experience.
•Windows Desktop Operating Systems 
•Microsoft Office Products (O365/2016) Teams, Skype for Business, Outlook.
•Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently to comply with metric requirements.
•Proficient with computer, network and server hardware.
•Strong troubleshooting skills on both hardware and software
