职位描述:
工作内容：
负责电梯保养业务销售：
1.分析、了解客户需求，按计划完成收费，维保合同签署；
2.跟踪停用、防护、检查类别合同客户用梯情况，拓展销售或升级服务种类；
3.负责维保发票、催收款事宜；
4.跟踪停保用户情况，洽谈维保销售业务，开发市场；
5.负责分析客户需求，统计汇总业务，填报业务报告，分析及建议业务策略；
6.督促客户按照合同约定付款；
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，一年以上销售工作经验，有电梯行业经验优先考虑；
2、良好的沟通技巧及人际交往能力；具备良好的团队协作精神；
