Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Process Architect:
- Design, build, and maintain integrated digital processes for whole business operation process, incl. target allocation, territory alignment, business reporting, forecasting, appeal process. Focusing on automation, real-time insights, and user experience to enhance productivity.
AI & Analytics Catalyst:
- Responsible for leveraging DD&T (Power BI/AI ) to empower the process of data->Information->Insights-> Impact and improve efficiency in SFE team.
Cross-Functional Value Driver:
- Lead central, cross-BU projects aimed at improving sales force efficiency. This includes streamlining data flows, building unified insight dashboards, and optimizing business review processes to eliminate redundancies and create a seamless flow of information.
Behavior & Efficiency Champion:
- Cultivate data-driven behaviors within the sales force by embedding smart tools and insights into daily workflows, empowering the team to work smarter and focus on high-value activities.
Other strategic projects:
- Responsible for organizing workshop, training and building up learning platform for SFE Culture Transformation & Capability Upgrade
QUALIFICATIONS:
Level of Education:
- Bachelor Degree or above in preferred Mathematics, Finance, Statistics and Computer Science background. MBA preferred
Working Experience in Relevant Field:
- Above10 years’ experience in digital or consulting experience in pharmaceutical industry relevant areas
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Sales Force Effectiveness or related functions is a must.
- Know-how in digital & AI; Experience on project management (digital and process excellence) and Consulting & Problem-solving activities must, Transformation and change management preferred.
Professional Knowledge and Skills:
- Data Literacy and AI Interpretation skills, having the ability to leverage AI-driven clustering and predictive modeling to create and simulate resource allocation.
