This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

What you’ll do:

The Salesforce.com (SFDC) Platform Business Architect will recommend, design and support the execution of SFDC processes across multiple capabilities to meet requirements and platform standards, while delivering business value, aligned to HPE's Sales Experience strategy and focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures cross capability alignment and consistency in tool and feature usage within HPE's SFDC - CRM platform.
  • This is a key role for supporting efficiency and productivity across the Platform by acting as the bridge across the SFDC capabilities.
  • This role is responsible for researching, assessing and supporting the implementation of new innovations and industry leading solutions.
  • Required role given the volume of Sales and Partner Experience, Global Operations and BU funded strategic programs, as well as platform operations management and production activities.
  • Provides reporting and analytics related to impact, usage and adoption
  • Support the management and execution of SFDC platform processes across multiple capabilities to meet both requirements and platform standards
  • Support the Release Management process throughout all phases from scope through delivery, validation and support

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically 10+ years experience
  • Salesforce Certifications

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Broad range of industry knowledge and experience of technology roadmaps and innovation potential across CRM platforms
  • Extensive expertise in business and sales operations processes and their application to business-wide systems, particularly CRM systems and platforms including SFDC
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com roadmaps and capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AI offerings including Agentforce and Data Cloud
  • Build relationships across the business units with customer, partner and sales facing teams and recommend best-in-class SFDC solutions for customers and partners
  • Extensive experience designing and developing business-wide sales operations support systems and solutions
  • History of delivering innovation within CRM – SFDC with examples of supporting new technologies and practices
  • Key interface with cross functional teams such as IT, vendors, marketing, business units, as well as global functions
  • Extensive experience in delivering process and operational improvements in CRM – SFDC
  • Oversees the appropriate use of customer and sales data for customer and business decisions related to SFDC CRM capabilities.
