We have experienced staff to help train you to help you get up to speed with all that you will need to know about novated leasing. Join us in this full-time permanent Sales Administration role within the Oly team.
This phone-based role is in the heart of Melbourne CBD (office) 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday) and work from home 3 days. You will be processing and finalizing orders for our Novated Lease customers, assisting them through their settlement process

You may come from hospitality, worked in a supermarket, had customer service, retail or have an administration background, you thrive on being organized and like lists or to tick all the boxes.

Here’s how you will make a difference in this role…
You will be responsible for all aspects of credit approval, generating car lease documents and checking files. You will also be a single point of contact for the novated leasing clients in your portfolio throughout the finalisation of their novated lease, providing them with feedback and updates.

Document checks and compliance checks
Managing a portfolio of clients
Liaising with clients and third parties to arrange settlement
To be considered for this role you will possess the following:
Capabilities & Behaviours
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Good computer skills in (Outlook, Word, Excel and Database/s)
Ensure completeness and accuracy of tasks, information and activities and show high level attention to detail
This is a dynamic and evolving role. Assist with any other related activity to ensure success of the team.
What you will bring:
Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service and/ or sales orientated role.
Experience working in commerce/ financial services areas
Knowledge of salary packaging administration or fleet management highly regarded.
