We’re looking for a Servicing Operations Specialist to support administrative loan servicing functions focused on account maintenance, documentation processing, customer account corrections, and operations and servicing support activities. In this role you’ll ensure  accuracy of loan accounts and timely processing of administrative requests, while maintaining compliance with internal policies and quality standards.

Responsibilities: 

Account Maintenance & Servicing Support

  • Support case resolution activities including autopay setup, autopay management, documentation requests, and general servicing inquiries
  • Verify and update customer address information, including bad address validation.
  • Return email customer account reviews and revisions.
  • Process customer account corrections including return mail updates,

Customer Documentation & Authorization

  • Manage third-party written consent documentation.
  • Assist in contract proceeds adjustments.
  • Support flat cancellation adjustments.
  • Documentation validation.

Payment Administration

  • Process payment refunds and payment waterfall updates.
  • Review transaction cancellations and provide accurate LMS updates.
  • Document loans and initiate customer notices for return payments.

Account Monitoring & Processing

  • Assist with paid in full processing.
  • Process due date changes.
  • Support collections correspondence including preparation and tracking of collection letters.

Loan Servicing Adjustments

  • Process MoneyGram transactions.
  • Create per diem waivers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation supporting all account updates.

 Requirements: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in a payment, customer service, or lending oriented role, preferred (or equivalent experience). 
  • Experience and understanding of lending operations and accounting functions is preferred.
  • Experience in consumer, secured, and/or retail installment loans is preferred.
  • Experience in workflow facilitation and multitasking required.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and or Google Workspace i.e., G-Suite (Docs & Sheets)
  • Experience with DocuSign, LMS, and the G workspace are all preferable.
  • Experience working in LoanPro is a plus. 
  • Experience with payment settlements..
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are a must.

Please note that occasional overtime may be needed, including but not limited to business holidays. As an essential role, occasional changes to work from home and in-office days may be needed, based on business needs.
