Our Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.
As a Services Specialist - Customer Order & Fulfillment, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating order management – processing order intake and inputting data into internal systems. Connecting to customer portals and systems. Supporting forecasting, billing, and collection activities.
- Serving as key contact for customer inquiries and managing the customer complaint (issue) resolution process. Working with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.
Aviation only:
- Engaging in sales activities for assigned customers.
- Working together with high‑level people from the business and SPB and EB level. Specifying needs, communicating about project approaches, and presenting outcomes of completed research.
- Handling standardized project processes. Following guidelines for choosing the right actions. Implementing frequently updated processes and procedures from other functions within the department.
- Managing diverse clients in a region. Operating on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks, with some latitude for deviating from those conditions.
To be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
- Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Customer Order and Fulfillment.
