A Services Specialist - Commissioning you will play a vital field-based role, travelling to customer sites, both onshore and offshore, across APAC region. You will provide specialist installation and maintenance support. You will perform hands-on work individually and as part of a Field Service team.
As a Services Specialist - Commissioning you will be responsible for:
· Participating in and overseeing equipment installations, execute commissioning, maintenance, repair, testing, adjustment, troubleshooting, verification, and servicing requirements of field work
· Liaising with teams to co-ordinate storage, maintenance & refurbishment to ensure equipment is prepared and fully fit for purpose
· Managing maintenance, repair and refurbishment activities on sold or existing products
· Providing technical support and consultancy at customer sites, via remote connection on servicing products or opportunity on equipment upgrades
· Acting as primary customer contact for the duration of each project through commissioning; resolves specification issues; handles correspondence; provides periodic updates;
· Collaborating cross-functionally to establish a commercial strategy for our product line regionally to deliver products and services to meet customer needs
