What You Will Do:
Reporting to the Director of Editorial & Content, the Services Content Lead will develop and manage integrated content strategies focused on Guidehouse’s industry-agnostic services and solutions. This role emphasizes building marketing collateral with a technology lens and driving end-to-end content marketing for these capabilities across enterprise and industry campaigns.
The Services Content Lead will collaborate closely with Enterprise Marketing and Industry Marketing teams to create compelling content for insights, case studies, landing pages, social media, and services/solutions sheets. They will own messaging for Guidehouse’s services and solutions across marketing collateral and the website, ensuring consistency and alignment with enterprise strategy.
This professional will manage content development, editing, and publishing across multiple channels—including blogs, case studies, sponsored content, ads, newsletters, webinars, and social media—while supporting lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain messaging for Guidehouse’s industry-agnostic services and solutions across marketing collateral and website.
Write and edit blogs, case studies, white papers, landing pages, services sheets, social media posts, and other marketing assets.
Collaborate with Enterprise Marketing and Industry Marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns and ensure message consistency.
Manage publishing calendars for earned, sponsored, and self-published content aligned with enterprise content strategy.
Partner with marketing colleagues on KPI reporting, including engagement metrics, lead generation, and pipeline development.
Provide strategic, innovative ideas to enhance content marketing efforts across all external channels.
Support internal communications and presentations to editorial boards and marketing leadership.
Ensure content aligns with Guidehouse’s brand voice and tone: Engaging, Clear, Authoritative, Visionary.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Six (6)+ years of marketing and communications experience, preferably in technology or professional services.
Proven success in content marketing and lead generation programs.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across enterprise and industry teams.
Experience in fast-paced environments requiring innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media monitoring).
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
