Job Description:

  • Responsibilities:
    • Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules, including:
    o Discovery
    o Service Mapping
    o Event Management
    o Cloud Management
    • Customize and configure ServiceNow components using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and align ITOM capabilities with business needs
    • Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with CMDB, ITSM, and third-party monitoring tools
    • Perform health checks, gap analyses, and optimizations of current ITOM implementations
    • Assist in the creation of technical documentation, design artifacts, and test plans
    • Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM-related issues
    • Stay current with the latest ServiceNow platform updates, releases, and best practices
    • Support presales and scoping efforts, if required
  • Mandatory Skills Description:
    • 10-12 years of IT experience, with at least 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically in ITOM modules
    • Strong technical expertise in:
    o Discovery & MID Server deployment
    o Service Mapping & CMDB architecture
    o Event Management and integrations
    • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
    • Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM concepts and CMDB design
    • Experience working in Agile environments
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage client interactions
  • Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
    Preferred Certifications:
    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM
    Preferred Skills:
