ServiceNow Developer Specialist

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other applications and systems.
• Create and maintain workflows, forms, and reports within the ServiceNow platform.
• Work to implement and customize ServiceNow modules, such as incident management, problem management, change management, asset management, and service catalog.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, and system administrators, to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Who you are:

• Min 1 year of experience in the same role.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• You are proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• You have experience with web services.
• You can gather requirements, analyze complex business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within the platform.
• You possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You have a good command of Italian and English language.

Preferably, you also have:

• Expertise in ServiceNow development in driving process automation, optimizing workflows, and enhancing our IT service management capabilities.
