Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our Information Management Services (IMS) team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform across all installed modules, configuring and customizing the out-of-box system, and building critical integrations to meet complex business needs. (These are the non-negotiables I recommend you prioritize.)
In this role, you will:
Design, Develop, and Deliver comprehensive solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and Service Catalog Items, while collaborating with the Solutions Architect and stakeholders to meet diverse business requirements
Integrate and Automate by developing and configuring connections between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, using both integration spokes and custom APIs, to increase business efficiency and effectiveness.
Configure and Customize the ServiceNow platform utilizing JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs to extend core capabilities, enhance the overall user experience, and ensure maintainability following best practices.
Maintain Platform Health by conducting regular ServiceNow version upgrades to ensure vendor compliance and support, and by gaining deep knowledge of the current implementation to identify cross-platform impacts of changes.
Work in an Agile Environment to develop, build, and test alongside other developers, ensuring timely delivery of the best product and supporting the implementation of new modules as business needs evolve.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 3+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, specifically with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, and SAM.
Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow API web services
Proven ability in integrating ServiceNow with other applications, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a relevant technical field.
A Servicenow Certified Application Developer certification.
