Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions under the guidance of senior developers
- Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other technologies
- Support the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to streamline processes
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support
- Learn and apply best practices in ServiceNow development to optimize system performance
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in ServiceNow development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic understanding of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of ServiceNow development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- ServiceNow certification(s) or training courses is a plus
