WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with business stakeholders and IT leadership to define requirements and translate them into scalable, secure technical architectures.
• Design ServiceNow architecture in alignment with enterprise standards, security protocols, and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance on module selection, customization, and automation strategies to maximize platform value.
• Oversee and enforce governance, development standards, and release management processes within ServiceNow.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using IntegrationHub, APIs, and web services.
• Mentor and guide development teams, providing technical leadership and review of solution configurations and customizations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on performance optimization and usability, maintaining a low technical debt footprint.
• Stay current on new ServiceNow features, releases, and roadmap to advise stakeholders proactively.
• Prepare documentation, solution diagrams, and architectural artifacts.
WHAT’S REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 7–10 years’ experience in IT service management and enterprise architecture, with 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) credential.
• Proven track record of leading multiple large-scale ServiceNow implementations across different modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, or CSM).
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow data model, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflows, and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices, service delivery principles, and governance.
• Experience with cloud architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) for runtime platforms.
