Our #1 volume Toyota dealership in Raleigh, NC is hiring for a Service to Sales Specialist to meet customer demand! In this role, you will work with customers to provide accurate proposals for their current vehicles and assist the BDC team with leads from customer inquiries about vehicles on our website and lot.
We are looking for someone with prior cold calling and campaign calling. Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests in the service drive area and interact with them about their current vehicle
- Explain our buyback system and gauge customer interest in trading in/upgrading their vehicle with us
- Create proposals
- Collect necessary information and work directly with the service and sales team throughout the buyback process
- Continuous follow-up with customers via phone, text, and email
- Review daily appointments and set an action plan for the day
- Provide customers with product information and hand off customers to the appropriate dealership personnel throughout the process
- Assist the BDC department when additional support is needed
- Participate in team and process development sessions- keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Complete all campaign calling tasks
- Set appointments with guests as needed
- Other duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service or sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Prior follow-up/prospecting skills (preferred)
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Positive and hardworking demeanor
- Strong computer skills with the ability to use computer software
- Eagerness to improve and collaborative attitude
- Time management skills
- Strong listening skills with the ability to build rapport with others
- Valid Driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- High school diploma or equivalent
