What You’ll Do

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
• Work on a variety of makes and models
• Accurately document work orders and findings
• Communicate repair needs clearly to advisors or team leads
• Deliver quality work in a high-volume service department

What We’re Looking For

• Technician experience (dealer or independent)
• Solid understanding of automotive systems (engine, brakes, suspension, electrical)
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
• Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and service information systems
• Willingness to continue training and pursue certifications (e.g., ASE)NYS Inspector License (a plus)
• Strong work ethic and team mindset
• Valid driver’s license

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of the total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on: Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge/bonus/commission, location, etc.
