Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance efficiently and accurately in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
Execute work clearly outlined on repair orders with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
Diagnose the root cause of complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using factory procedures and tooling
Complete all work in compliance with applicable safety requirements and shop procedures
Road-test vehicles to ensure repairs meet quality and performance expectations
Document labor, test results, and completed work accurately using dealership systems
Maintain and manage your own set of professional-grade technician tools
Previous automotive repair experience: dealership experience preferred
ASE certifications and/or manufacturer certifications strongly desired
Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills
A team-oriented professional who values accountability and customer satisfaction
Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Work on precision-engineered vehicles that demand advanced diagnostic skill and attention to detail
