Service Specialist (Fix Term)
This is a fix term role for a duration of 12 months that offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable experience.
You will manage transactional operational activities, provide accurate and timely reporting, and support logistics and delivery of Poland Global Hub (PGH) programs. The role provides a strong opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement (CI) activities focused on harmonization, standardization and automation of processes and transactions across PGH operations.
Key responsibilities
Execute day‑to‑day administrative and operational transactions in line with procedures
Validate data, resolve exceptions and maintain accurate documentation
Prepare operational reports and support data accuracy in systems
Coordinate logistics and support delivery of programmes and events
Contribute to process improvement, standardisation and automation
Work with internal stakeholders, ensuring policy, audit and data‑privacy compliance
Why you?
Experience in administration, service operations or similar support roles
Good communication skills in English and Polish
Strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities
Solid Excel skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
Experience working in a process‑driven, onsite environment
Experience with ERP, service management or ticketing systems
Exposure to automation / CI initiatives (RPA, Power Automate)
Experience in a global or shared‑services environment
