This role will lead the development of segment‑focused commercial strategies that align customer needs with product and sales priorities. The role drives solution integration, cross‑functional collaboration, and the successful launch of new offerings. It also oversees field marketing strategy, strengthening regional market presence through targeted campaigns, customer engagement programs, and KOL partnerships. Also this role will be responsible for the sales training.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead segment insights and commercial strategy by deeply understanding customer needs across different segments and driving the transition from IB‑based selling to account‑based selling model that accelerates business growth.
  • Partner closely with the Product organization to gain a strong understanding of solution offerings and ensure the team can effectively integrate products and services into comprehensive, customer‑centric solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to translate customer and account needs into tailored solution packages, enabling the team to support strategic opportunities and improve win rates.
  • Provide strategic leadership to a cross‑functional team managing diverse customer account scopes, ensuring alignment, performance, and capability development.
  • Serve as the segment focal to the Product team, delivering structured feedback to influence offering design and ensure solutions meet evolving customer needs.
  • Drive execution of new offerings in partnership with Sales, ensuring successful launch, adoption, and market penetration.
  • Work with Marketing to develop and execute segment‑specific promotional strategies, including customer engagement events, regional promotion and solution showcase activities.
  • Enable Sales capability building by training new sales team members on solution offerings, service products, and value propositions.
  • Support Regional Sales Managers in developing and executing regional commercial strategies aligned with segment priorities.
  • Lead engagement with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and oversee the establishment and management of show sites to strengthen market influence and customer trust.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a medical or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in clinical marketing, product marketing, commercial strategy, or a related function within the healthcare or medical technology sector.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs from both clinical and operational perspectives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven influencing skills and the ability to drive cross‑functional alignment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong analytical thinking and structured process orientation.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, with strong English communication capability.
  • Proven track record of building customer relationships and delivering customer‑centric solutions.
  • Motivational leader with a self‑starter mindset, strong ownership, and a collaborative team‑oriented approach.
