About you

We are seeking a Service Sales Manager based in the Brisbane, Queensland

In this role, you will be responsible for all the sales team members in Queensland and be involved in activities relating to the selling of OTIS Service/Maintenance products and services (both O&T). 

In addition, in this unique role, the Service Sales Manager will need to directly influence portfolio growth through new installation Customer and other Customer expansion

  • Reports to the Branch Manager of Queensland

Your key responsibilities

  • Achieve service sales targets in accordance with the state business plan, and provides input for the development of the plan, includes sales targets, pipeline information and market share data.

  • Educate, develop, coach and support Service Account Representatives to individually and collectively achieve their objectives; including elements relating to the preparation, submission and presentation of contractual Maintenance packages and "T" product proposals.

  • Ensures the company's Service portfolio has reduced exposure to out-of-tenure agreements, achieves NIS conversion targets (pre warranty expiry) and unit growth objectives, in order to expand both the portfolio unit count and revenue base.

  • Manage end-to-end selling activities, including prospecting, presenting, proposing, tendering, securing and processing meet company standards and customer requirements.

  • Develops strategies for securing key/major projects and leads these types of contract negotiations.

  • Organise, prepare and deliver, where applicable, customer presentations promoting the features and benefits of Otis' products and services; leading to direct sales with NIS Customers, plus new or returning Customers.

What you will need to be successful

  • Tertiary qualifications in any discipline related to Sales & Marketing or an equivalent professional qualification.

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Frontline sales or Customer account management.

  • Has 3 years’ experience in a management or leadership position leading Sales teams

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to liaise and influence personnel at all levels of the organization.

  • Advance knowledge and experience using technology including mobile communications, sales applications, and other computer-based systems (Word, Excel, Email, Internet).

  • Has attention to detail and is results-driven, curious, adaptable, and able to work well alone or in a team.
