Business Development

  • Identify and target potential clients for AMC sales across all verticals.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with inside sales teams to create a strong sales funnel and review open opportunities for conversion.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of IBMS products and industry practices.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for AMC clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and contract renewals.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to refine sales strategies.
  • Tailor contracts in line with customer needs to win back lost customers and strengthen retention.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with service delivery teams to ensure commitments made during sales are fulfilled.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to align AMC offerings with operational capabilities.
