Business Development
- Identify and target potential clients for AMC sales across all verticals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with inside sales teams to create a strong sales funnel and review open opportunities for conversion.
Sales & Negotiation
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of IBMS products and industry practices.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for AMC clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and contract renewals.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to refine sales strategies.
- Tailor contracts in line with customer needs to win back lost customers and strengthen retention.
Collaboration
- Work closely with service delivery teams to ensure commitments made during sales are fulfilled.
- Coordinate with technical teams to align AMC offerings with operational capabilities.
