About the Job
As Head of Global Service Sales for Heat Exchanger Services within our Sales & Service Organization, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the service sales strategy for the Hygienic Fluid Handling & Heat Transfer Technologies Business Unit. In this role, you will shape the direction of our global service organization with a huge potential growth, directly influencing growth, customer loyalty, and after-sales innovation. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders worldwide to elevate our service portfolio, set industry benchmarks, and deliver outstanding customer value.

This position is based in Lund, Sweden, with global travel estimated at 40-50 days per year, including monthly single-day trips to Denmark (Copenhagen and Kolding). Alternatively, the position can be placed in either Kolding or Søborg.
