Role Overview
Lead and manage all Service Sales activities for India, accountable for delivering revenue, profit, service bookings, and commercial excellence across the division. Drive business development, increase wallet share, and build long-term customer loyalty through superior service delivery. Align policies, processes, and service guidelines with the India Service Strategy, ensuring consistency and harmonization across the business.


Key Responsibilities
• Manage, organize, and direct all Service Sales activities to achieve defined targets in revenue, profit, bookings, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute growth strategies focused on business development, key account management, and increasing wallet share.
• Drive commercial excellence and harmonization of business practices across service and sales teams.
• Partner with commercial, service, and cross-functional leaders to strengthen stakeholder collaboration and ensure consistent execution.

• Improve account profitability through productivity, process excellence, and Lean/AI-driven initiatives.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance service sales team; foster a growth-oriented business environment.

• Represent Services in customer forums, trade shows, and industry events.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven leadership in Service Sales, Business Development, and Key Account Management.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue, profitability, and customer loyalty.
• Strong experience in stakeholder and commercial team management within a matrix setup.
• Exposure to digital transformation, AI-driven projects, and Lean Six Sigma preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively.
