Job Description Summary
The Service Sales Commercial Support Specialist – Greece & Balkans supports the Service Sales organization by enabling efficient execution of their commercial activities across direct customers in Greece and Channel Partners in the Balkan region.
The role is responsible for commercial and marketing support, service contract lifecycle management support, quoting and process compliance.
This position plays a critical role in driving Service Sales revenue growth, customer retention, and operational excellence in a diverse, multi country environment.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Service Sales team/ Channel partners with administrative tasks, customer follow-ups, and promotional material preparation.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing content and Install Base campaign materials.
- Organize logistics for customer events and training sessions.
- Coordinate Direct/ Channel partners service offers and contract creation in collaboration with Service Sales, Legal, Finance and Service Operations.
- Prepare service sales reports.
- Ensure high data quality and pipeline hygiene in ServiceMax and Salesforce.
- Ensure compliance with GE HealthCare commercial policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- Relevant experience as a Service Sales Commercial Support specialist or similar roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with a high level of discretion.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal).
- Additional language skills, particularly Bulgarian, are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- ServiceMax and Salesforce knowledge is desired.
