ポジション概要:
Service Contractsチームの拡大に伴い、Sales Account Managerを募集します。本ポジションは、顧客との関係構築・維持を通じてビジネス機会を創出し、売上成長を牽引する重要な役割を担います。主体的に行動し、営業として成長したい方にとって魅力的な機会です。

主な業務内容:

  • 既存および新規顧客との関係構築・強化を通じたビジネス拡大
  • 顧客ニーズの把握と、最適な製品・サービスの提案 戦略的なアカウントマネジメントによるパイプラインの構築・管理
  • サービスチームなど社内関係部門との連携による価値提供および目標達成
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRMを用いた顧客情報および営業活動の管理
  • 製品・サービス情報、価格、提案書の作成および提示
  • 顧客満足度の向上およびアップセル・クロスセル機会の創出
  • 業界動向・市場・競合情報の把握と営業戦略への反映
  • 製品知識や営業スキル向上のためのトレーニング参加

応募資格:

  • 営業またはアカウントマネジメントの実務経験
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力と顧客関係構築力
  • 目標達成志向が高く、実績を有する方
  • CRMツールおよびMicrosoft Officeの基本操作スキル

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our expanding Service Contracts team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is passionate about sales and eager to contribute to the success of a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive business growth.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions by promoting our products/services.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive account management and business development activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the Service team, to deliver value to customers and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
  • Provide product/service information, pricing details, and proposals to support customer decision-making.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to enhance sales strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product/service knowledge and sales capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
