Agilent Technologies is looking for a motivated and commercially minded Service Sales Account Manager to join our Service Sales Team in Barcelona, Spain. In this independent role, you will manage and grow relationships with our customers by promoting enterprise solutions and after-sales service contracts. Your focus will be on both nurturing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities. You’ll work as part of an international team committed to creating value for our customers and supporting Agilent’s mission to improve the quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring accurate contract setup and inventory tracking.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and performance monitoring.
  • Develop tailored service solutions and proposals to meet diverse customer needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Build and execute account plans to meet financial objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Service, Instrument Sales, and Service Sales teams.
  • Promote Agilent’s Asset Management, Enterprise Solutions, and Multi Vendor Services to expand business.
  • Strengthen long term relationships with key customers and represent Agilent professionally in all interactions.
     

Qualifications

Candidate Profile
Required:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales experience in Agilent’s markets or enterprise services (software, IT)
  • Fluent in English is a plus
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to integrate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Analysis industry

On a personal level, you possess great problem solving / analytical skills, and you are eager to learn about new software technology, instruments, applications, and consumables. You have communication/ interpersonal skills to interact at various levels, and you strive to provide excellent customer support. You enjoy both working within a team and autonomously.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
