Agilent Technologies is seeking a driven and commercially skilled Service Account Manager to join our Service Sales team in the Netherlands. In this independent role, you will promote and sell enterprise solutions and aftersales service contracts to assigned accounts, focusing on both maintaining existing relationships and generating new business. You will be part of an international team dedicated to delivering value to our customers and supporting Agilent’s mission to advance the quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage installed base inventory and oversee contract set-up for assigned accounts
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet diverse customer needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in a structured manner
  • Drive account plans to achieve financial targets
  • Collaborate closely with Field Service, Instrument Sales, and Service Sales teams
  • Propose Asset Management, Enterprise Solutions, and Multi-Vendor Services to expand business volume

Candidate Profile

Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales experience in Agilent’s markets or enterprise services (software, IT)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to integrate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Analysis industry

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
