Role Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development, supporting growth and profitability for Accelleron Turbocharging’s products and services in the Marine and Cruise segments in Miramar station, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
Your responsibilities:
• Design and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet organizational goals.
• Foster lasting relationships with customers across all levels, uncovering new business opportunities and driving market share growth by influencing key decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling technical and commercial proposals.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities within the Marine and Cruise industry to stay ahead of emerging demands.
• Contribute to strategic planning and product development by sharing valuable market insights.
• Maintain precise reporting of sales forecasts and performance metrics to support informed decision-making.
Your background:
• Proven work experience: In a professional, quota-carrying, sales environment
• Hands-on sales experience: Deliver excellent customer service.
• Preferred experience working with Cruise Lines a/o Marine Customers
• Strong communication and negotiation skills: Effective project delivery and timely responses.
• Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
• Business acumen: Problem-solving attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience: In Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
