We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Repair Support Specialist to join our service organization in Budapest.
In this role, you will manage service sales leads from first contact through to order creation, while supporting subcontractor coordination, tender preparation, and the entire life-cycle. You will also play a key role in supporting the invoicing and collection process, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
You will work closely with technicians, internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers, playing a key role in ensuring accurate offers, smooth order processing, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
This position is well suited for someone who enjoys structured administrative work, has a customer-focused mindset, and feels comfortable working with digital systems and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage service and sales leads from intake to order creation
Validate lead information and prepare service offers and tenders
Communicate with customers and follow up to secure orders
Create and maintain work and service orders
Support subcontractor and service administration, including documentation and invoicing
Follow up on issued invoices and support the collection process in cooperation with finance and customers
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
Maintain records and manage shared communication channels
Act as Key User of the internal tendering tool
Skills & Experience
Experience in service sales support, administration, or operations
Strong customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and good organizational abilities
Proactive, can‑do attitude with a solution‑oriented mindset
Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
Holistic and complex way of thinking
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems are a big advantage
