Service Reconciliation Leader

As the Service Reconciliation Leader, you will work closely with Finance and Billing teams, and manage customer relationships to resolve customer disputes or concerns. You will lead customer calls, be the main point of contact for internal/external teams, and manage special projects related to customer contracts and billing.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and lead customer conversations/discussions to drive resolution on disputes and concerns.

  • Work with cross functional teams to understand/resolve service cash issues and drive sustainable change in the market (customer, billing quality, or collections).

  • Work closely with billing and collection teams to understand, resolve, negotiate settlements and concede where needed up to approval limit.

  • Take ownership of assigned customer issues and drive them until a sustainable solution is implemented.

  • Understand contract terms, billings, credits, payments associated with a customer’s accounts receivable statement and ensure compliance on the part of the customer and GE Healthcare.

  • Coach applicable teams on root cause resolution to eliminate repeat issues.

  • Participate in customer meetings when needed.

  • Own communications to leadership on progress around billing resolution, receivable impact, and bad debt impact.

  • Collaborate with Regional Manager and Team Lead on past due reductions strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.

  • 3+ years’ experience in Billing, AP/AR, Collections, or related role.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills - VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Desired Characteristics

  • Ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.

  • Proven process management, project management skills.

  • Experience with systems/applications (i.e., ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, etc.)

  • Trained and/or certified in process improvement methodology such as LEAN or Six Sigma

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $89,600.00-$134,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
