Job Description
角色与职责
- 备件业务目前需要更强劲的增长,通过发掘历史数据,并学习现有业务发生的规律和商务流程,定义产品战略和路线图,包括设计新产品方案、防伪码、流程优化等;
- 根据当下售后服务业务的快速成长特点,将相关产品策略贯彻至前线,确保新方案的落地与推广;
- 针对不同的设备及客户类型定义不同的产品策略和价格政策
- 协调不同部门,包括产品团队, 技术团队,供应链团队等,解决现有业务流程中存在的挑战与漏洞,更好的传递给客户价值;
- 创建和/或更新用于与产品交流和促进产品提供的产品手册、目录和销售工具。
- 您将与市场营销和网页设计团队合作,更新/增强数字营销工具,以改善用户体验。
- 为销售团队培训,包括产品/市场/商务流程等
- 调整销售工具和理想的销售流程,以优化购买体验
- 负责产品的盈利能力和产品组合的定价,并推动产品成本的计划
- 为产品制定市场营销策略,并衡量项目的有效性
基本资格
- 生物医学工程学士学位或相关学历,医学相关领域5年临床营销、产品营销或相关领域经验
所需特性
- 有良好的商务影响能力
- 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力
- 具有较强的分析和处理能力
- 有与产品开发团队,供应链团队,工程师团队互动的经验
- 熟悉数字营销和现场营销等方方面面
- 具有较强的英语沟通能力
- 接受全国差旅,时间占比20%左右
- 具有良好的客户沟通和合作能力
- 必须是一个激励者,自我主动者,具备敬业与团队精神
