Service Product Manager- MR

Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager responsible for the after-sales business of MRI equipment. The candidate will support both public and non-public businesses nationwide. Based on the full-life-cycle service characteristics of magnetic resonance equipment, they will collect and analyze customer needs, launch new products and service offerings, and promote the rapid development of the business.

Job Description

1.Roles and Responsibilities

Define the product strategy and roadmap by exploring historical data and learning the patterns and business processes of existing operations. This includes new product design, plan formulation, market promotion strategies and plans, etc. According to the current rapid growth characteristics of SVC commercial, the relevant product strategies are implemented to the front line, and drive NPI is implemented and promoted. Coordinate with different departments to address challenges and loopholes in the existing business processes and better deliver value to customers. Create and/or update product brochures, catalogs, and sales tools for product communication and promotion. Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to update/enhance digital marketing tools to improve the user experience. Provide training to the sales team, covering products, markets, business processes, etc. Adjust sales tools and the ideal sales process to optimize the purchasing experience. Evaluate the profitability and pricing of the product portfolio and promote product cost planning. Develop marketing strategies for products and measure the effectiveness of projects.

2.Required Qualifications 

Majored in clinical medicine, medical imaging, or biomedical engineering, with over 5 years of experience in clinical practice, product marketing, or related fields in the medical industry. Strong commercial influencing skills   Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem - solving abilities. Experience in interacting with product development teams. Strong English communication skills. Be willing to travel nationwide, with approximately 35% of the working time spent on business trips. Have good customer communication and cooperation skills. Must be a motivator, self - starter, and dedicated team player.
