我们正在寻找负责售后业务影像设备拓展产品及服务的产品经理,涵盖医疗全系列影像设备,将支持全国公立及非公业务,根据影像设备的全生命周期服务特性,收集并分析客户需求,发展新产品及服务内容,促进业务的快速发展。需要与工程师,采购,销售,市场以及其它支持部门一起通力合作完成业务增长目标及提升客户满意度。 We are looking for a product manager responsible for purchased products & service with external partners in the after-sales business, in charge of the whole series of medical imaging equipment & accessories. He or She will support the national public and non-public business, gathering, and analyzing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, managing the NPI and service content according to the full life cycle service characteristics of the imaging equipment. working closely with the engineering, sourcing, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction goals are met.

角色与职责

外购品和拓展服务业务目前增长较快,是在现有医疗影像设备的基础上,结合客户的使用场景和发展需求, 提供相应的产品及服务。产品包括但不限于影像设备的相关周边设备及附件,拓展的相关服务,以及三方合作。需要将合作方的产品与服务与售后主营业务相结合,提供整体的解决方案来满足客户的发展需求。 根据当下售后服务业务的快速成长特点,以及客户不断变化的需求,通过发掘历史数据,并学习现有业务发生的规律和商务流程,定义产品战略,以及与售后其它业务的结合方案,将相关产品策略贯彻至前线,确保新方案的落地与推广; 针对不同的设备及客户类型定义不同的产品策略和价格政策,与合作伙伴及供应商谈判确定合适的采购价格,负责产品的盈利能力和产品组合的定价,并推动产品成本的计划 协调不同部门,包括产品团队, 技术团队,供应链团队, 采购团队等,解决现有业务流程中存在的挑战与漏洞,更好的传递给客户价值; 创建和/或更新用于与产品交流和促进产品提供的产品手册、目录和销售工具。为销售团队培训,包括产品/市场/商务流程等,调整销售工具和理想的销售流程,以优化购买体验 与市场营销和网页设计团队合作,更新/增强数字营销工具,以改善用户体验,为产品制定市场营销策略,并衡量项目的有效性

相关资质

生物医学工程学士学位或相关学历,医学相关领域5年临床营销、产品营销,采购或相关领域经验 有良好的商务影响能力 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力 具有较强的分析和处理能力 有与产品开发团队,供应链团队,工程师团队互动的经验 熟悉数字营销和现场营销等方面,并具有一定的采购谈判经验 具有较强的英语沟通能力 接受全国差旅,时间占比30%左右 具有良好的客户沟通和合作能力

Essential Responsibilities

The external purchased products & service has been growing fast in the past few years. Based on the current imaging devices, we will provide packaged solution with partners’ product & service, to fulfill customer development requirement & different application scenarios. Solutions will include the relative equipments, accessories, supply and application service. According to the current rapid growth characteristics of SVC commercial, the product manager need to explore historical data, understand the processes of existing business occurrence, and then explore potential opportunities to drive NPI is implemented and promoted. Define product & pricing strategy based on modality & customer segment. Own profitability and pricing of product portfolio and drive product cost out initiatives. And negotiate pricing with suppliers & partners Coordinate with different departments including Product, Technology, and Supply Chain etc to solve the challenges existing in the existing business processes and deliver value to customers. Create and/or refresh content for product brochures, catalogues and other materials that are used to communicate and promote product offering. Align sales tools and the ideal sales processes to optimize the buying experience Create content and facilitate training for commercial teams including competitive threats and related industry news  You will work with marketing and web design teams to update/enhance webpage and online store interfaces to improve the user experience. Create marketing strategies for products and measure effectiveness of programs.

Required Qualifications 

Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering preferred, medical related field 5+ years’ experience in clinical marketing, product marketing, sourcing or related field   Strong commercial influencing skills   Excellent oral and written communications skills Strong analytical and process skills   Experience interacting with product development teams, engineering and supply chain Familiar with aspects of digital and field marketing, experience with sourcing negotiation   Strong English communication skills  Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%) national wise Proven success working with customers Must be a motivator, self-starter, and dedicated team player
