About the Role
We need a ServiceNow Junior Administrator to support daily platform operations. This role suits someone with basic ServiceNow knowledge who enjoys troubleshooting and wants to grow into a more technical position. You’ll work with senior admins and developers to keep the platform stable and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage routine admin tasks: user accounts, roles, groups, and access.
- Configure basic forms, fields, lists, and simple UI updates in ITSM or HAM/SAM.
- Help maintain data quality and clean up outdated records.
- Investigate user issues and escalate when needed.
- Support small enhancements like catalog updates, notifications, and simple workflows.
- Assist with upgrades, testing, and general maintenance.
- Keep documentation updated.
- Follow platform standards and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of ServiceNow operations or admin experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of ITSM and CMDB.
- Knowledge of tables, forms, roles, and access controls.
- Willingness to learn and ask questions.
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
- Good communication skills with technical and non‑technical users.
- Helpful: experience in IT support or system administration.
Nice to Have
- Experience with catalog items, notifications, or UI policies.
- Basic JavaScript or interest in scripting.
- Familiarity with Flow Designer.
- ServiceNow CSA certification or plans to pursue it.
- Understanding of ITIL basics.
