Service Manager Nordic/Baltic (m/f/d)

We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Service Team in Sweden.

Your Mission

  • Oversee all service-related requests in the Nordic & Baltic region and ensure that tailored, high-quality service solutions are designed and delivered to our customers.
  • Lead and develop a multinational Service Team – fostering a strong service culture, driving performance, and ensuring continuous growth and empowerment.
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalated service cases and serve as the key interface between customers and the central Service organization to ensure customer feedback is heard and acted upon, contributing directly to the enhancement of our service portfolio and customer experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement of service processes, SLAs, and KPIs in close collaboration with the Headquarter and other internal stakeholders.
  • Own resource and budget planning and successfully translate the global service strategy into impactful regional actions.
  • Shape and contribute to cross-functional projects, such as the rollout of the Service Operating Model and the development of new digital service offerings.
  • Ensure safety and compliance, including proper risk assessments and adherence to all occupational health and safety standards for your team.

 

Your Talents

  • You bring a degree in Engineering, Economics or a comparable education, ideally combined with experience in complex industrial equipment or manufacturing environments (Additive Manufacturing is a plus).
  • You have proven leadership experience in a similar service‑related role and excel at developing, guiding and empowering teams.
  • You excel at managing conflicting priorities in fast‑moving environments and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • You are skilled at balancing customer expectations with operational realities and building strong, trust‑based client relationships.
  • You bring strong analytical, strategic, operational and financial management capabilities with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
  • You are fluent in English (Swedish is a strong advantage) and willing to travel (approx. 30%)
