About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Young Person and Families Service Manager to lead our innovative new service in the London Borough of Enfield. In this pivotal role, you will drive a whole-family approach to supporting young people, children, and families who are using drugs or alcohol, or who have been impacted by a loved one’s substance use.

Provide strong leadership and supervision to the team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing service culture.
Develop and oversee effective models of care, ensuring they meet the needs of young people and align with best practice and safeguarding standards.

Monitor service performance, use data to drive improvements, and contribute to the ongoing development and innovation of the service.

Experience in delivering models of care for young people, children, and families
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team
A commitment to whole-family support approaches

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and innovative service that will make a real impact in the community. You’ll join a supportive organisation where your ideas and expertise will help shape the future of our work with families across Enfield.
Note: Some evening and weekend working may be required, dependent on service demands and programme delivery.
